When you use our [Goa Taxi-Driver] app – Drivers or Taxi Owners,

  1. We collect your device type, operating system, and app version.

  2. We also collect images, files, and photos that you upload to our app.

  3. Our app may access your device's camera to take photos, which will be stored on the cloud and will be used for various purposes such as, facial recognition, and image recognition.

  4. We also access your devices live Location for tracking your vehicle and provide information to Goa-Taxi Rider, or to calculate your estimated time of arrival to targeted destination.

  5. We also collect driver or taxi owner performance, financial details, personal information

  6. You can delete your account any time with the following link Delete My Account.

  7. Rest assured, your privacy and security are our top priorities. We only use background location access to enhance your experience and provide better service. Your data is always protected and used strictly for the purpose of connecting you with the right rides through our Ride-Booking-Kiosk and Goa Taxi Rider App.

  8. Is App Functionality Possible Without Background Location Permission:
    Goa-Taxi App functionality is based on driver accurate location. Based on drivers locations rides are offered to drivers. Hence the App must receive Location In Background Permission (Allow all the Time) to function properly. Without this permission, the App will not function properly.

When you use our [Goa Taxi] App - Passengers,

  1. We collect your mobile number, registration details and payment details

  2. Our app may access your device's camera to take photos, which will be stored on the cloud and will be used for setting your profile photo.

  3. We may access your devices gallery to Upload Image for profile photo. We do not take any other Image or document from gallery. Image taken from gallery is used only for Account Profile photo, which is used for account management.

  4. We do not share your profile photo, profile image with third party.

  5. We access your devices live Location

  6. You can delete your account any time with the following link Delete My Account.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

    This information includes items specific to each User and can be used to identify each user uniquely. For Example

  1. Users Name (Any Name) (optional) for App functionality, Fraud prevention, security and compliances, account management.

  3. Mobile Number, for App Functionality and Account Managment.

    4. The user may be asked to enter some information when using the App (Goa-Taxi) and (Goa-Taxi-Driver) and Website. The requested information will be used only when requested to enter that information or following this Privacy Policy.


IMAGE INFORMATION (PHOTOS)

  1. Photos (optional) for App Functionality..

  2. Our App may collect user images for user profile photo (through camera or image gallery). Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future user. However, we do not share these images with third parties; they are only used for internal purposes, such as improving our services and users experience. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image.

  4. We also use the images, files and photos you upload to our app for cross verifying users details they have entered in the App manually.

  5. We use Location information to track vehicle location and to estimate distance between two locations to arrive estimated time of arrival. We also use Location to track live location of the user.

  6. All this information use used to provide support and services to Taxi Drivers and Riders in Goa.

(B) Sharing of Information:

  1. We do not share your personal information / photos with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent.

  2. We share information of [Goa Taxi-Driver] App with [Goa Taxi] users, so that [Goa Taxi] users can get Driver information which is done with your consent.

  3. We also use data collected for various reports and generate statictics which is shared with Drivers, Passengers and Goa-Taxi officials.
